Worker Compensation
Those hired through
Employment Systems are fully insured for on-the-job illness
and injury. We want to make sure that our employees receive
the treatment and care to which they are entitled if they
are hurt while at work, should that situation occur. We also
believe that quick treatment and notification to Employment
Systems will help us get the employee back to work faster
and help us control our claims and the costs of our services.
It also helps the employee get back to completing your tasks,
projects and assignments.
- Distribution
of the mandatory "New Employee's Guide to Workers'
Compensation" pamphlet.
- Distribution
of information to all new hires on how to report injuries,
what facilities to use (unless employee personal physician
form is on file), how the process works.
- Employment
Systems staff schedules and assists in scheduling first
treatment and follow-up visitation when required when on-the-job
injury occurs.
- If
an on the job injury, exposure incident, or illness occurs,
Employment Systems staff provides Worker Compensation insurance
coverage and administrative support, such as collecting
required Worker Comp documents, internal accident reports,
and coordination with insurance carrier in claim management.
- Employment
Systems coordinates with Worker Comp Carrier in managing
claims, including claims that continue post-employment.
One of the benefits
of hiring employees through Employment Systems is to remove
the burden of worker compensation from your agency or your
