you for visiting our web site. The Employment Systems web
site is primarily an informational site concerning the services
and programs that we offer. We do not collect site-use marketing
data, and we do not provide third parties with web site visitor
data.
However,
Employment Systems does provide a link for you to use to submit
a resume or other information with regards to our recruitment
and employment activities. If you do submit a resume or resume
information to us, we may provide your resume or resume information
to clients who have contracted with us for recruitment and
employment services.
Resume
information is also collected for the purpose of updating
a proprietary, in-house database which we use in administering
our staffing programs, such as the Ambulance Operator program.
The typical information that is collected from resumes includes
an individual's first and last name, e-mail address,
phone number, street, city, and state address (or P.O. Box),
work history, and educational/training/certification information.
The information in this database is primarily used to contact
and notify interested individuals of recruitment activity
associated with the program services that we offer, and to
provide clients with information about qualified applicants
for open or potential recruitment.
We
use reasonable efforts to prevent the unauthorized access
to our database. If you have submitted a resume or resume
information, you may contact us at (800) 756-7747 to ask to
have it removed from our database. If you have questions about

This
policy is effective as of January 1, 2004. Employment Systems
reserves the right to change its privacy policy from time
to time. When it does, information about the changes will
be highlighted in this posted privacy policy.
