Plus we have a voluntary Section 125 cafeteria plan that allows employees to set up health-related and dependent care flexible spending accounts.

We work with established carriers and professional brokers to provide a solid core of group benefits to full time employees. We can also administer any combination of paid time off benefits that you want to implement, from PTO to traditional vacation/sick leave plans. We offer:

For part time employees, or for clients who do not offer group benefits, Employment Systems has voluntary options (such as the cafeteria plan) that the employee can set up on their own.
